Counseling
Counseling is the holistic process through which the layers of mind are peeled and various emotions are detected. Later, I help to manage these emotions. I have been a Holistic Homeopathic practitioner for more than 20 years. Counseling is the biggest tool I have practiced since then. I have experienced the strong connection between our mind and body. Many diseases begin in the mind. When we harbor poisonous thoughts, the mental sheath gets disturbed. This agitates the vital force. That disturbance manifests in the physical body as disease. The mind is like a fertile field. Our mind is the most important factor that determines the quality of our life. Hence counseling is the most important and vital tool in the process of healing.

My Approach
I provide a safe environment in which patients can feel lovingly supported to explore their challenges and difficulties within their circumstances. I work with them to unfold their current challenge in a way that brings greater awareness, self-understanding, and meaning to their issues. We work together to increase their awareness of themselves in all their interactions, so they feel empowered around the conscious decision. With the increased skill they can make choices based on self-awareness around their own needs and act in their own lives with self-love and understanding.
As a Holistic Homeopathic Practitioner, I have observed that counseling combined with homeopathy brings powerful results. This combination often reduces the number of sessions required to see significant changes in the individual.
